15 Minute Equinox Flow

Finding Balance: A 15-Minute Yoga Flow for the Autumn Equinox

As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to fall, the Autumn Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance—between light and dark, movement and stillness, energy and rest. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and embrace the seasonal shift, both in nature and within ourselves. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we’re invited to release what no longer serves us, making space for deeper connection and renewal.

This yoga flow, guided by Jenna, yoga teacher and founder of Matcha Wednesday, is designed to help you ground, center, and move with intention. Through a thoughtful blend of yin and yang elements, this short but sweet practice encourages stability while also creating space for expansion—just like the season itself.

Jenna flows in the Danu Flares & Branna Bra in Pomegranate—a reminder that what we wear should feel as good as it looks, moving with us in alignment with our natural rhythms.

Moving Inward for the Cooler Months

As the days grow shorter, we are naturally drawn inward—physically, emotionally, and energetically. The cooler months are a time for reflection, restoration, and deep nourishment. Whether it’s through movement, meditation, journaling, or simply making time for stillness, this is the season to honour presence over productivity, to rest deeply, and to listen to what our bodies truly need.

✨ Roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and join us in this Autumn Equinox flow.
